Entrega de los premios Locus

En el marco de la Westercon, fueron anunciados los ganadores, entre los que figuran Neal Stephenson, China Miéville, Susanna Clarke, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman y Gene Wolfe.

(Locus) Fueron anunciados el sábado a la noche los ganadores del premio Locus, durante la Westercon, en Calgary. La lista incluye:

• Novela de Ciencia Ficción: The Baroque Cycle: The Confusion; The System of the World, Neal Stephenson (Morrow)

• Novela de Fantasía: Iron Council, China Miéville (Del Rey)

• Primera novela: Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, Susanna Clarke (Bloomsbury)

• Novela dedicada a jóvenes adultos: A Hat Full of Sky, Terry Pratchett (Doubleday UK; HarperCollins)

• Novela corta: "Golden City Far", Gene Wolfe (Flights)

• Cuento largo: "The Faery Handbag", Kelly Link (The Faery Reel) y "Reports of Certain Events in London", China Miéville (McSweeney's Enchanted Chamber of Astonishing Stories)
